This book offers how-to balance the energy in your body which I find very interesting as if it out of balance it can mean diseases, illness, etc.. This book tells you how to get it back on track and heal your body with simple techniques. I think i will be using this book a lot as it also offers grief, self-love, and more to practice doing daily if needed.
