I did not expect so much knowledge in a book with affirmations. Nice reading. Not only lists of affirmations to try but first there is many informations about how it works, when it works, what to do to make it work and how to build your own affirmations to help you and succeed with it. My first book in this subject - and I'm happy I decided to buy it.

It's a great read for beginners in the first few chapters, as the author explains how to choose words that are effective and resonate with you. For those that are familiar with LOA it's a great refresher with lots of affirmations for many situations. Recommended!!!
