A fantastic book on meditation. Spiritualify does a clear and thorough job of explaining the benefits of meditation, and walking a new practitioner through it. I thought it would be a lot more difficult to do, but by following their instructions exactly, using the postures and mental images they provide, I am starting to realize the benefits, from more restful sleep to a more energetic day. The book is really well written, it is like a calming voice in my head.
